BCCI Needs Ombudsman, Ethics Officer at the Earliest: CoA to Supreme Court

The Committee of Administrators (COA) wants the BCCI to appoint an ombudsman and an Ethics Officer at the earliest to deal with any disputes leading up to the much-awaited Annual General Meeting and elections.
